A deeper, more expansive and psychological approach to coaching.
My aim here is to help evolve and advance the practice and progression of coaching, and to help you expand your competence and deepen your confidence.
This newsletter is designed to push the boundaries of traditional coaching, encouraging more mindful and holistic approaches to both the life and work of a coach.
I’m George.
Here’s what keeps me busy and keeps me engaged:
Executive Coaching
An experienced executive coach myself, with corporate, public and charity sector experience across a wide range of industries. I’ve partnered with organisations such as the NHS, Lloyds, WWF, Vimeo and WPP, and have coached leaders on six continents.
My approach is rooted in humanistic psychology, Gestalt and systemic theory. Best characterised by a deep level of enquiry, helping individuals and teams to explore what really matters and helping to facilitate a psychological understanding of the challenges obstacles faced – and the paths ahead.
My clients appreciate his ability to work with strong emotions, with complexity, interconnected, systemic and existential subjects.
For Coaches
Within the coaching profession, mine is a thoughtful, sensitive voice which aims for a deeper, kinder, more expansive approach.
I’ve taught coaching skills and techniques to many hundreds of coaches around the world. A continually growing part of my work is supporting other coaches through supervision, mentor coaching or training.
I work within organisations to train, support, supervise and develop their own internal coaches.
Keep connected in whatever way you’d like, and feel most welcome to ask questions or suggest topics. If you would like to explore working with me, book in a conversation here
