I love how you put this, George. Personally, I hate the term 'Hack' unless it has to do with breaking into a computer. It has become synonymous with 'shortcut' or 'easy way'. We can't blame our clients for thinking that there is an easy way or for asking about it, but as you say, we need to be the coach, ask great questions and help them help themselves.
